Empower Your Journey

Our Services

Counselling
£80.00

Counselling offers a confidential, steady space to talk openly and make sense of what you are carrying—whether that is anxiety, low mood, grief, relationship strain, stress, trauma, or a general sense of feeling stuck. We work at your pace, combining careful listening with practical reflection so you can understand patterns, clarify what matters, and develop healthier ways of coping and relating. Sessions are grounded, respectful, and focused on real-life change: improving emotional regulation, strengthening boundaries, building self-worth, and helping you move forward with greater stability and confidence.

EMDR Sessions
Sale Price: £80.00 Original Price: £100.00

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) is a structured, evidence-based therapy used to help the brain process distressing memories and reduce the emotional “charge” that can keep you stuck in anxiety, trauma responses, nightmares, or triggers. EMDR sessions typically begin with a careful assessment and preparation phase to ensure you feel safe and resourced, followed by guided reprocessing using bilateral stimulation (such as eye movements or tapping) while you briefly focus on specific memories, thoughts, and body sensations. You remain in control throughout, and each session ends with stabilisation and grounding. EMDR can be helpful for single-incident trauma as well as more complex histories, and we will be clear with you from the outset about suitability, pacing, and realistic expectations.

CBT Sessions
£80.00

CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) is a practical, structured therapy that helps you understand how thoughts, feelings, body sensations, and behaviours interact—and how small, targeted changes can shift the bigger picture. CBT sessions are collaborative and goal-focused: we agree a clear plan, map out maintaining cycles (such as worry, avoidance, perfectionism, or low mood), and practise specific strategies you can use between sessions. This may include behavioural experiments, graded exposure, problem-solving, sleep and routine work, and tools for managing rumination and self-criticism. The aim is measurable progress—better coping, improved mood, and greater confidence in day-to-day life.

Taking the first step can feel daunting, but booking your session is straightforward. You do not need a GP referral – you can arrange an appointment directly.
